The Reset Formula

1. Shift Your Mindset → “Thinking harder won’t create safety — presence will.”

2. Reset with a Ritual → Write the looping thought on paper. Fold it closed.

3. Make a Power Move → Choose one tiny action that breaks the loop (call, decide, or let it rest).


 Fast-Pass Reset: Name 5 things you can see around you. Anchor in the present.

Affirmation: “I don’t need every answer to move forward.”
