  • Earth/Body → pick flowers, walk barefoot, stretch, eat something nourishing.
  • Air/Mind → write a list, recite affirmations, ride with the windows down.
  • Water/Soul → journal, cry, sing, or wash your hands.
  • Fire/Spirit → Build a fire, light a candle, visualize or use a symbolic tool (moon, tarot, zodiac, chakra).
