  • 🟡 Solar Plexus → Stand in superhero pose, take one clear decisive action.
  • 💚 Heart → Smile, hug, or offer a kind word to yourself or another.
  • 🔵 Throat → Speak one honest sentence, sing, or journal freely.
  • 🟣 Third Eye → Visualize one next step, or name something you do know.
  • ⚪ Crown → Pause in silence, rest, or look up at the sky/stars.
