What’s Happening

The Reset Formula

1. Shift Your Mindset → “This voice is old — not my truth.”

2. Reset with a Ritual → Speak to yourself like a friend. Out loud if possible.

3. Make a Power Move → Replace one “should” with “I could.”


⚡ Fast-Pass Reset: Whisper: “I’m doing my best.”

Affirmation: “I am worthy of kindness, even from myself.”


The critic wants protection.

But compassion creates progress.
