The Reset Formula

2. Reset with a Ritual → Place hand on heart. Whisper your own name kindly.

3. Make a Power Move → Say no (even small: “Not now” / “Later”). Or pause before yes.


 Fast-Pass Reset: Hand on heart + say, “I’m here too.”

Affirmation: “I can honor others without abandoning myself.”
