🌙 The Moon Cycle of Co-Creation
A Practical Guide for Bringing Ideas Into Reality
⸻
Think of the moon phases here not as cosmic forces, but as a map of personal power — a repeating rhythm that helps you turn ideas into reality.
You can move through the cycle step by step, or use it anytime you feel stuck to find out what kind of support you need.

⸻
1. 🌑 New Moon – Intention & Vision
The spark of possibility.
The new moon is a blank slate. It’s where you plant seeds of intention.
Reflect: What seed or idea do I want to plant this month?
Exercise: Write one guiding feeling word and one clear sentence for your project/intention.
✅ Checkpoint: Do you feel inspired by your idea?
⸻
2. 🌓 First Quarter – Action & Resistance
Meeting the challenge.
Half light, half shadow. This phase is about facing obstacles.
Reflect: What’s one challenge to reaching my goal that I can solve creatively?
Exercise:Â Write one obstacle and three possible ways to work with it.
✅ Checkpoint: Did you face resistance instead of avoiding it?
⸻
5. 🌕 Full Moon – Celebration & Expression
Peak visibility.
The full moon is a spotlight. It’s about noticing and celebrating.
Reflect: What am I most proud of?
Exercise: Create a celebration ritual — tell a friend or give yourself a treat.
✅ Checkpoint: Have you acknowledged your progress and honored this stage?
⸻
7. 🌗 Last Quarter – Release & Evaluation
Clearing space.
The moon is half-lit, fading. It’s about evaluation and pruning.
Reflect: What approach or habit isn’t serving me anymore?
Exercise: Write down 1–3 things you’re releasing.
✅ Checkpoint: Have you cleared space for what truly matters?
⸻
✨ Remember: Each new moon brings a chance to reset. The cycle repeats — every ending is a new beginning.
