  1. Sit comfortably.
  2. Slowly scan from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
  3. At each point, notice: heavy, tight, open, relaxed?
  4. No need to “fix” it. Just name what you feel.

This simple awareness lowers stress because your brain loves labels. Once you can name a sensation, your body feels safer.
