Each Bio-Com session is conducted remotely via check in text at a pre-scheduled time.
During your session, you will simply keep yourself occupied doing something private and creative:

Or something private and productive:
- Sorting/Folding Laundry
- Sweeping/Mopping/Vacuuming

- Meal Prepping/Eating
- Driving/Walking
Whatever you choose to do, should be something mechanical/repetitive that generally causes no mental, emotional, or physical stress — so that it can keep your hands and eyes busy while your mind gets the time and freedom to relax in the background.
